The signing of the MOU with the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sunthorn Wongsiri, Vice President for Research and Innovation, Prince of Songkla University, marks a significant collaboration. Prof. Dr. Surasak Sangkhathat Na Ayutthaya, Deputy Director of the Research and Development Office, and Head of the Biomedical Department's BioActivity Team, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Potchanapond Graidist, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Varomyalin Tiomanee, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanthida Chanjit, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Krit Jarupanich, has joined in signing the MOU. This cooperation aims to develop nutraceuticals for medical purposes, supporting Thai entrepreneurs and enhancing Thailand's health industry. It also aims to bolster exports on the global stage.
On February 13, 2024, the Biotech Industry Club organized the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2024 and elected a new chairman for the term 2024-2026. Due to President Dr. Pharmacist Channarong Techa Ankun nearing the completion of his second executive term on March 31, 2024.
